Site data. The site sets no tracking cookies and loads nothing from other companies: no analytics, advertising scripts, fonts or media. Cloudflare, my host, records the usual technical data on each request: IP address, browser and pages opened. Without this, the page does not reach you.
Contact form. The form sends your name, work email, company, and the situation and role you choose to HubSpot, my CRM, so I can reply. It sends nothing else.
Email. If you email me, I keep your message and address as long as needed to deal with it and for the Dutch record-keeping period of seven years.
No other visitor data. There is no account, login, newsletter, profiling or automated decision-making. I do not sell your data or give it to anyone for their own marketing.
Calendar tool. I run a small tool that reads events in my own Google Calendar only to copy busy blocks between my own calendars. It stores nothing else and shares nothing with anyone. It does not touch visitor data.
Legal basis. I process hosting and security data based on my legitimate interest in keeping the site working and preventing abuse. I process form and email data to take steps before or during a contract, and for legal record-keeping.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold, restrict or object to its use, or get a copy. Email me and I will answer within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
