I am Eyal Dayan, CPA, MBA and Data Expert, office in Amsterdam. I bring senior finance experience to three moments: after a deal, before a raise, and through a leadership gap.
I provide data, analytics and AI enablement for the finance of a London-based domain registrar group, with reporting built on Xero, MySQL, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, plus a Dynamics 365 bridge. I also handle the finance function for the Dutch entities of a foreign-owned group, including close, board pack, budget, forecast and country-by-country reporting, and throughput reporting for an infrastructure contractor on Priority ERP and Power BI.
I led planning, forecasts, KPIs, and sales and distribution insight.
I worked on pricing tiers, adoption and Smart KPIs.
I worked on integrated demand and supply planning, pricing and logistics, and scenarios through a site closure.
I led IFRS consolidation of 40+ entities under a dual listing. I managed an ERP migration from Exact Online to Dynamics NAV end to end.
I led finance for a venture-backed scale-up through a funding round.
I oversaw 40+ entities across Europe and Asia, with seven controllers.
I led an international audit team covering IFRS and US GAAP, dual-listed companies and pre-IPO readiness.
ArdorStrategy B.V. runs this site. This page says what it collects, why, and what you can ask me to do about it. Last updated 15 August 2026.
Who is responsible. ArdorStrategy B.V., Amsterdam, the Netherlands. KvK 87366886, VAT NL864276205B01. Contact: [email protected].
What the site collects. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which records the usual technical data on every request, including your IP address, browser and the pages you open. That happens whatever you do, because without it the page does not reach you. Nothing else is collected. There is no analytics, no advertising script, no embedded font or media loaded from another company, and no cookie of any kind is set. If you email me, I keep the message and your address for as long as needed to deal with what you wrote about and to meet Dutch record-keeping obligations.
What the site does not do. No account, no login, no newsletter, no advertising network, no profiling, no automated decisions, and nothing is sold or handed to anyone for their own marketing.
Why I am allowed to hold it. Hosting and security data: legitimate interest in a site that works and is not abused. Email: the steps taken before or during a contract, and legal record keeping.
Where it goes and how long it is kept. I hold no visitor database of my own. Email I keep for seven years, which is the Dutch statutory record-keeping period.
What you can ask for. You can ask to see what I hold, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how it is used, or to receive a copy. Email me and you will get an answer within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
